Nelson Thornes Ltd reserve the right to terminate this licence without notice, and to take action to recover any damages suffered by Nelson Thornes Ltd if the user breaches any provision of this licence.

Neither Nelson Thornes Ltd, nor its authors, nor its suppliers warrant that the functions of the Get The Grade! courseware will meet your requirements or that the media is compatible with any computer system on which it is used or that operation of the Get The Grade! courseware will be unlimited or error-free. You assume responsibility for selecting the Get The Grade! courseware to achieve your intended results and for the downloading of, the use of and the results obtained from Get The Grade! courseware.
